I really have so much anxiety and sadness inside me that it actually is a weight on my chest. I guess when I’m stressed too I tense my muscles more and I’ve got this funny precordial catch syndrome that causes my ribs to pop out of place and hit my chest wall and it feels like I’m having a heart attack. Anyways, I’m going to honestly try to devote myself to meditation and yoga to see if I can relax myself and stretch out my chest on a daily basis. I do it here and there, but not consistently. I don’t know how much good it will do my chest pain, but it’s worth a try and there’s a thousand other reasons to do it!
